KERAjet (Spain) acquires Dip Tech's global inkjet printer business

28 November 2022, Kerajet has signed an agreement for the purchase of the Dip-Tech digital machine business from Vibrantz Technologies.

In times of crisis like these, Kerajet is once again taking a step forward and is once again committed to progress, innovation and business growth.

Vibrantz technology has signed an agreement with Kerajet for the sale of its Israel-based Dip-Tech digital glass decorating machinery division. The digital inks business is not part of the sale.

Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Castellón (Spain), Kerajet, a leading technology company in the manufacture of advanced digital printers for the ceramic industry, and being an eminently R+D+i company, continues its diversification strategy with the acquisition of the Dip-Tech digital printing machine business. With this acquisition, Kerajet continues to add solutions for different industrial sectors.

Kerajet currently has more than 4000 digital printers installed in more than 44 countries in sectors as diverse as ceramics, textiles, tableware, PVC, LVT, fibre cement, etc.

With the acquisition of Dip-Tech, Kerajet continues with its business expansion policy and gains a presence in the industrial glass sector, completing its industrial digital printing solutions.

Dip-Tech is a world leading manufacturer of digital printing machines for the glass industry. Initially focused on the automotive sector, they have expanded their solutions and are now also present in the architectural, household appliance and tableware sectors.
